Who are we?

 

Bobbies is a French brand that was created in 2010. It belongs to the Bolze & Moogy Company which headquarters are located in Paris. For more information, please go to the section “The Brand”.

 

ORDERING FROM US

 

How can I place an order on www.bobbies.fr?

1. Select the range of products that you like in the left hand row and then click on the color of your choice. For example, select the range “L’Elégant” in the left hand row and then click on the color “Sable” in order to accede to the product page.

2. Add the products that you like to your shopping basket. To do so, once you are on a product page first select your size and then click on “Add to cart”. Add as many products as you want to your shopping basket.

3. When you have finished shopping, click on your shopping basket.

4. Create a personal account and then follow the instructions.

5. This will complete the ordering process. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

 

How can I pay?

You can pay with the followings debit/credit cards: VISA / CARTE BLEUE / MASTER CARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS

We do not accept cheques.

Is online payment secured?

When you place an order on www.bobbies.fr, we guarantee you a fully secured environment. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol to encrypt your data and transfer them to our bank partner CMC CREDIT MUTUEL.

Your bank details are never kept in memory.

 

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all countries in the world.

 

THE DELIVERY

 

How much are the shipping charges?

- Metropolitan France: 5€ by Colissimo / 12€ by TNT Express.

- Foreign countries: Delivery by Colissimo International or TNT. Shipping costs depend on the country (the cost is always indicated before you have to pay).

Shipping cost is the same no matter how many items you order.

 

Please be aware that if the country of delivery is not part of the European Union, customs duties will apply. Bobbies has no control over those charges and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order.

 

How long will my delivery take?

Orders placed before 2pm (GMT+1) from Monday to Friday are shipped the same day (except public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm (GMT+1) are shipped the following working day.

 

The delivery times are the followings:

METROPOLITAN FRANCE

- Colissimo: D+2 working days from the shipping day.

- TNT Express: delivery before 1pm the working day after the shipping day.

FOREIGN COUNTRIES

- Colissimo International: D+5 for Europe / D+10 to D+15 for the rest of the World from the shipping day.

- TNT: D+2 to D+3 for Europe / D+5 for the rest of the World from the shipping day.

 

Bobbies cannot be held responsible for delays due to clearing customs.

 

How to track my order?

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You can also find your tracking number in your personal space “Your Account” > “History and details of your orders”.

I have not received my order…What can I do?

If you are not home when the carrier tries to deliver the parcel, you will get a “delivery notice” in your mailbox. This notice will tell you when the carrier will try to deliver the parcel again or in which office the parcel is available.

 

Sometimes, it happens that the carrier doesn’t let any delivery notice. This is why we advise you to check regularly the status of your shipment using the tracking number that has been sent to you.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

How to return?

If you wish to send back one or several items, you have 15 days from the delivery day to do so.

 

All you need to do is to send back the items that have not been worn in their original packaging (precising your name, address and order number) to the following address:

You will be refunded on your credit card after we checked the good conditions of the items and their packaging.

 

Can I exchange my order?

We don’t do exchanges but only refunds.

If you wish to get the item you order in a different size, you have to send us back the item that doesn’t suit and order the new item.

How to choose my correct size?

Men: Bobbies loafers are true to size, so we advise you to choose your usual size. If you size between two sizes or if you have a high instep, then choose the upper size.

How should I take care of my Bobbies shoes?

- Suede Leather: before wearing them for the first time, apply a suede water protector spray that will protect them against water as well as stains. Then, you can clean them with a brass brush.

- Leather: please polish them regularly. We advise you to use some color-free polish so that you don’t cover the stitching.

Where are Bobbies shoes manufactured?

They are handmade in Portugal.
