1. Delivery / Shipping Costs
Orders placed before 2pm (GMT+1) from Monday to Friday are shipped the same day (except public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm (GMT+1) are shipped the following working day.
METROPOLITAN FRANCE
- Colissimo: 5€ / D+2 working days from the shipping day.
- TNT Express: 12€ / Delivery before 1pm the working day after the shipping day.
FOREIGN COUNTRIES
- Colissimo International: D+5 for Europe / D+10 to D+15 for the rest of the World from the shipping day.
- TNT: D+2 to D+3 for Europe / D+5 for the rest of the World from the shipping day.
Shipping costs depend on the country (the cost is always indicated before you have to pay).
Please be aware that if the country of delivery is not part of the European Union, customs duties will apply.
Bobbies has no control over those charges and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order.
2. Returns
If you wish to send back one or several items, you have 15 days from the delivery day to do so.
To return your products please log on the "History and details of your orders" , click on the order you want to send back and check the products you wish to return. Your order must have the ‘’delivered’ status to be returned.
You will be refunded on your credit card after we checked the good conditions of the items and their packaging.
We don’t do exchanges but only refunds.
