Jean Bobby

Jean-Bobby is the quintessential French pelican. He likes to sit at a table outside a café in St Germain des Prés eating baguette and drinking red wine…always carefree. Jean-Bobby spends his time acting Elegant, and flirting with beautiful women in the streets of Paris.

However this was not enough for him just to be the best, he needed a magical pair of loafers. This is why he created his own brand, Bobbies, that would join him during his colorful adventures. He also designed a collection of ballet flats in order to provide the pretty Parisian girls he seduces with an equally stylish flair, ensuring they look the part while joining him in his gallivanting.

Inspired by his new shoes and in need of adventure, he decided to hold up a distillery. But following this he had to go into hiding as he was now a wanted pelican. He first hid out in a Parisian bakery to fill up on delicious croissants and macaroons. He then had to find other hiding places… Eventually the law caught up with him and he was taken to jail. However no jail could hold the free spirited Jean-Bobby and he managed to escape magnificently... Sadly Jean-Bobby had to leave his home and could be seen departing Paris stylishly in a colorful balloon taking his search for perfection and fun times abroad.

Throughout the spring-summer 2011 collection, you will now discover where Jean-Bobby managed to hideout in Paris. You will witness his capture and also his magnificent escape!
